Our journey began with Kshitij Malhotra, a passionate entrepreneur with a deep love for Indian cuisine. Kshitij started Choolaah Indian Takeaway in June 2020, earning a loyal following with his commitment to quality and authentic flavors. Building on this success, he recently acquired another pop-up store, now known as Dosa Corner, where he continues to share his passion for traditional Indian dishes with the community.
